Next Mission

Majoriti Missions are one-week, fast-paced innovation challenges where a diverse group of future Majorians come together to solve a motivating problem from scratch.

Each Mission blends creativity, collaboration, and real execution: a taste of what it feels like to build inside a living ecosystem instead of in isolation.

By joining a Mission, you’ll work in a small cross-disciplinary team, prototype bold ideas, and push each other toward surprising directions. It’s intense, energizing, and intentionally short… a concentrated experience of the future of work.

How Missions Work

1. Kickoff & Framing

We start by zooming in on the problem.
You’ll meet the team, get context, and co-define the challenge. Together we agree on the mission goal, success criteria, and constraints for the week.

2. Exploration & Heartstorming

Then we diverge.
Through guided exercises, you’ll map user needs, explore reference cases, and open up as many directions as possible. No idea is too weird at this stage.

3. Prototyping & Testing

Now we converge.
Teams pick the most promising direction and turn it into something real: a storyboard, a mockup, a landing page, a small experiment—whatever best expresses the solution.

4. Sharing & Next Steps

We don’t stop at “that was fun.”
You’ll present your prototype, receive feedback from the ecosystem, and explore possible paths forward: evolving the idea, joining other projects, or leading a future Mission.
